One question that I get from friends, how can I sell my home and keep my pets safe? Also, how can I attract pet lovers to my house for sale?

When I was growing up, we had one family dog. My boys, on the other hand, had many pets. They had dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, a turkey, geckos, rabbits and ducks. When it came time to sell my home, it was rather worrisome and hectic.

• Ask your friends and family to take your pets during showings
• Take them to work with you if that is an option

• Fenced yard that is sturdy and safe
• Eliminate pet odors
• Luxury dog house
